Medi Spa at Choto’s 12-week program consists of a weight management protocol that is a physician-supervised program designed to help any individual reach his or her specific weight loss goals.
We start with our Metagenics 10-day detoxification program followed by 12 weeks of a prescription combination of Naltrexone, Sermorelin, Lipo-Trim SL, and low-calorie intake to achieve optimum weight loss results. The protocol may also boost metabolism and help patients lose large amounts of fat, all without feeling hungry.

METAGENICS 10 DAY DETOX:
The Clear Change 10-Day Program is designed to enhance the body’s natural metabolic detoxification process while providing adequate fuel for both cleansing and other daily activities—providing energy and support for overall well-being. Many people benefit from completing a 10-day metabolic detoxification program 2 to 3 times a year.
NALTREXONE:
A nightly capsule that helps reduce the feelings of hunger and curbs appetite, enhances fat burning, and helps with mental clarity.
SERMORELIN:
A nightly sub-cutaneous injection that stimulates the body’s own growth hormone levels, aids with faster recovery from your workouts, and helps restore the body’s natural sleep cycle.
LIPO TRIM ORAL SPRAY:
A daily sublingual oral spray that helps with food cravings, aid in immune support, and can increase metabolism and energy levels.
WEEKLY/MONTHLY WEIGH-IN:
Your nutrition and fitness coach will meet with you weekly to go over last week’s diet and exercise plans and make any adjustments if necessary. Your weight is recorded weekly, but your body fat percentage, BMI, and other vitals are recorded monthly. These meetings will likely be about 15-20 minutes in length, and will also include a LIPO SLIM injection to boost your energy levels and curb hunger.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
The program starts with a consultation with the medical provider to see if you pre-qualify for this program. Then month 1 of the 3-month program is ordered. Each month you will meet with the medical provider to re-new your prescription since it is increased gradually from month to month.
